Hi: Yes of course, customs and foods are different around
the world and this is just a sample menu of Canada and the
US for an average person with a desk job. It would take
too long for me to specifically pull out menus from around
the world. Plus I could not be sure if they were accurate
for the average person from the countries. But it would
be Great if you and other Members could each post their
favourite Diabetic menu of the day from their countries to
share.

Sorry, there is no magic pill for losing weight. Proper portions
of healthy foods and exercise is still the Best way to go. It
takes a fair amount of time to put the weight on so it also
takes a fair amount of time to take it off. Same goes for if
you are just trying to regulate your blood sugar. Don't give
up though. You can do it.
