I have to search for an article were someone said that the best eating customs from the ancient world was that of the old Greek and all mediterranean people. They use to eat a lot of proteins and almost no fats, as well they exercized their bodies almost all the time.
Iīm wondering why we canīt put our own customes more close to those of the mediterraneans?

Hello Javis:
Well, Good you're being specific. People eat what they want
now-a-days. Unfortunately, a lot of it is junk. With all the
different foods that are being imported and exported you can
get pretty much whatever you want to eat.
Yes, the Greeks did eat protein but they also ate fruits and
veggies. And no sugar.
Their golden rule was, everything
in moderation. Too much protein is bad for a Diabetics
kidneys....I know.

Of course, water helps to flush
some of the toxins out of them.
