Ya, that "rice thing". Diabetics should try to stay
away from white foods like white rice, breads, white flour
foods like pasta, etc. since it raises their sugars quite a bit.
If a Person is disciplined they can eat a small portion. People
on Insulin can eat a portion also.

Brown rice, whle wheat breads, whole wheat pasta, etc. is
recommended.

Well, try and stay away from Diabetes as long as you can by
eating the better foods. That's Nice of you to try to educate
other People where you are Otep.
