Yes, it was Good. I left out the thyme and white
wine though since I didn't have either in the house.
So I don't know if those 2 ingredients would have
made the recipe taste even better.
I always eat less than a serving since most foods
when consumed are converted into sugar. So when
I eat less food, I take less Insulin.
A Diabetic should eat foods from all the food groups
since our bodies do require all the vitamins and minerals,
just like anyone else.
