Well Wildachyld, I am not going to change much activity in your day but I would look at the carbs in the morning and something that would last you though your day. I wonder when is your most physical time as this is the time for rich carbs!! Carbs that will react very well and may well be the stuff that we all avoid and only those times that we need the most like the computer job that you have as I would look at a long and low carb for that time in the day. As you are about to pick up kids, Shopping, House work, And the like as I would have something that will serve you in energy I.E. CARBS!!! and back that up with enough insulin to cover it and as always have something in your bag that will fix your low fast like sweet OJ or strait lucozade. But then I guess that you know about this. and to be here is good as you get to talk to other diabetics and their experiences. What I said earlier is just what I think to do so do you understand what I am saying here??
