My doc told me as I get older it'll get harder to keep my bg level in check. I stopped in at a health store in town today and they have a few products they say will help regulate blood sugar. But they also want to sell me something. So I am a skeptic who would like to find some natural approach to this condition even if it meant I still had to take pills but could maybe take less of them.
Does such a thing exist? Are these products a load of bs? If anyone has found a natural way to deal with t2 diabetes, I'd love to hear it!
Thanks

I also have tried to find products to help with diabetes , and depending on who you talk with , there are many cliams .
I was told GINKGO would help with circulation of the blood and that many diabetics take this . I used it for about a month but felt no improvement in the pain i feel in my feet . I didnt moniter my BS readings to see if it help level them out , I was just interested in pain relief at that time .
