I agree. There are a lot of promises told to users with regards to herbals being miracle cures - promises that are more often not met than met. Having said that, i am afraid that it destroys the reputation of those that really has "effect" i am not saying which or what products - because i know there are a number out there. I just want to point out that we be careful of what we choose to take and, of course, keeping an open mind about alternative medications - not really shutting them out. But also be cautious, if you do plan on taking them ask for your doctors advice first (sad to say, that most doctors are not into this but if you have a doc that is open minded good for you); because there might be unwanted effects should your medicine be taken together with these "naturals". I guess all i am saying is be informed before taking anything make your research first.
