Hello! My name is Ruben, i'm 25, been diagosed T2 since August 07 so far so good, i'm like 1.73m tall and i was weighting 103kg (yeh i know) now i'm only 83 kg and keeping it down. I like to create new recipies everytime i can, so far i got some interesting ones, if you want i can share them with you later. All recipies diabetic-tested so no worries i'm not a bad influence
. I work on a local tv station, and i think diabetes made me a healthier person, i'm not used to support forums to be honest but no harm in trying huh? So hope i learn lots of stuff in this forum and hope you can learn something from me aswell.
