Default please help me someone

I`m sorry to ask this, but could someone please give me words of comfort.
Since i have been diagnosed type 1,and my experiences,i have become paranoid that the food and drug people are conspiring to get everyone on medication. Is diabetes an illness? or is diabetes a symptom of the modern diet that is presented to us.I am informed that diabetes is a result of my own immune system attacking my own pancreatic islet cells.Once these cells are gone, they are gone for good.No one seems to know why this happens.I have been told at the hospital that i wasn`t making insulin,so i had to have injections, when i pleaded to stay off the insulin to the doctor, she told me i would undo all their good work.I really am suspicious that the health folks in southern ireland are getting people on to insulin when they don`t need it.All they need is a change in diet, and more exercise. When i told my doctor about the sugar free bread that was being sold to people with diabetes, that sends my reading higher than normal bread does he didnt say anything.I keep getting more and more paranoid
