With regards to the snacking, I find it funny that they say it's better for your metabolism to eat more smaller meals to keep it boosted. Then you talk to my dentist and you are better off minimizing the amount of snacking or drinks, or minimizing the time you sip on non-water throughout the day as overall you want as much time with your teeth clean as possible to prevent decay.
So I just find it funny how depending the system what is good for one system hurts another. A little yin and yang there.
