Ewww! I know that I've never heard mention of using cow
stomach juices to make cheese. There is a historical village
not far from where we live and they make cheese, wool, bread,
etc. like they used to in the olden days, while you're watching.
Some farmers also make their own cheese.
Cheese is suitable for vegetarians since there are no meat products
in it. I'm not sure how cheese is made in other countries but nowadays
this is usually how it is made in North America.
