Default irish diabetes epidemic

When i first came to live in ireland ten odd years ago, diabetes type 2 was practically unheard of.This was not due to lack of medical diagnosis.I`ve watched the country change from a mainly rural place,to an area of carefully placed muckdonnald outlets etc, also the appearance of many supermarkets selling amazingly cheap goods.
Now all of a sudden there is a diabetic epidemic.it is even being reported that pets having diabetes is on the increase.
I have been trying to find the culprit/s for this increase in folks getting diabetes.
It is obviously due to substances being introduced into peoples diets, that were previously unavailable.
THerefore if it has been messed with do not eat it.
My culprits found so far[possible culprits],seem to be high fructose corn syrup, modern low cal` sweetners, and basically i suppose anything that did not exist 20 year ago.
I think it is a disgraceful state of affairs, that i have to filter my water, peel all fruit and veg,i can`t trust the list of ingredients on packeging, the packeging itself may even be imparting something nasty to the food[clingfilm/female hormone chemical],cloned animals and genetically modified rubbish that claimed to be the answer to world hunger, and folks are still starving in various places.OOOhhh must watch blood pressure,,,right i`m calm now, lol,i`m gonna get myself a chicken shed/chickens,and figure out how i`m gonna be able to kill the birds which will probably end up as pets.At least i won`t run the risk of eating one of those fake chineese eggs.I couldn`t believe that when i saw it on tv.
bye for now
