hello terrie,sorry `bout that,lol,yea i thought rennet was used for cheese making,thats why vegetarians couldn`t eat it,i`m just wondering what they use now instead.I plan to have a look around for some cheese that is made the old fashioned way,as i could not live happily without cheese.
I was smiling to myself today,about the positive effect diabetes had on me[i lost 3 stone in about 3 week just before christmas without trying].It was my eyesight starting to act up that finnaly prompted me to go to the doctor.Today someone i hadn`t seen for 6 month remarked that i looked 20 year younger,lol,and the glasses i bought,i don`t need them anymore.I still need a magnifiying glass to read the labels on food packets tho`.
