thanks for the link terrie,bloody hell i thought as much,genetically modified rennet.Ah well,it will be fun to find an outlet that makes cheese the old fashioned way.I wish there was a law that made food labels state exactly what was in the product.
Thanks again for saving me from another substance i do not want in my body.
