Visit with your Dr. about your concerns. Maybe suggest Metformin. I also am on Levemir and Novolog, and Metformin...I have had no problems with it at all. Although what works for one may not work for another....
Also, I don't know if you have been newly Dx or not, but Diabetes is not a death sentence...It is a manageble thing . Don't let it run your life...You can be the one in charge...Not the Dx. Hang in there....
