Due to diabetes Type I, and increment of sugar level~320, my right arm got almost paralyzed, I couldn't move it upwards, only could move it when it is somewhat lowered. For now it is better, as I started to took precautions seriously. Now my diabetes is~210 and arm is a bit better but meds are still going on. Any suggestion, comments, queries, etc. will be gratefully accepted.
The numbness in your hand could be Neuropathy from too high of blood sugars for a prolonged time.
You need to get your sugar levels lower than 210 on a regular basis. Normally 80mg-130mg(4.4mmol/L-6.6mmol/L) is Best if possible. Losing weight if necessary, exercising(even a daily brisk 30-minute walk) and a low-carb or smaller portion diet, if you are not doing these already. Also the proper Insulin to Carb(I:C)ratio should be discussed and decided between you and your Dr.
I do not know of course, what type of foods you eat but you should make sure that you are usually eating low and medium carb foods. The labels tell the amount of carbs.
Having the correct basel rate of your long-acting or intermediate Insulin is Very important since it is your Insulin background and foundation. The Regular Insulin that you are on is only to cover he amount of food that you eat at each meal and snack and for in between corrections. There is a Good chance that applying all of these directions will bring back and keep the feeling in your hand and prevent Neuropathy from reoccuring, if that is the cause.
Most vitamins and minerals in the proper amounts are Good for Diabetics. Studies have shown that, Yes, Vitamin D is certainly needed in adequate amounts but it is not a cure, of course.
Aside from this, I was just wondering if you may have injured yourself which has resulted in a pinched nerve. We sometimes can injure ourselves without realizing it or thinking it was just a minor injury. Just a thought. Pinched nerve - MayoClinic.com

No, I didn't get myself injured or something like that. For now there is very less pain in my hand since I took my diabetes seriously. Even after eating food it remains below 200 and I'm feeling better. Thanks for suggestions.
I'm more interested in knowing that if my hand was just a starting and if something else may follow soon.
Thank you for mentioning the Alpha Lipoic Acid, Ria. I had forgotten the name of that Acid. Yes, through the last few years, I've heard many Diabetics come back speaking of Good results while using the Alpha Lipoic Acid, for their Neuropathy. Here's an encouraging article also:
