I'm not sure what you are asking. I experimented with many foods and determined which ones raised my blood sugar a lot. I avoid those foods. I eat the ones that do not raise my blood sugar so much and when I eat the other foods I eat very small portions. I am Type 1 so i can inject insuli to compensate but if I use a lot of insulin I gain weight. That is why I limit myself to 130g of carbs per day. I also ecxercise every day.

Yes Richard, Experiment, Buy a book about carbs & count them. Also look at the relationship with insulin & food as this should be with exercise. Look at the scales that has three trays!!

If you can balance that, Then you are on a good racket!!!
