Default Oopsie Rolls

I made oopsie rolls for the very first time for a picnic I had this weekend with family. I wanted to eat a hamburger like everyone else; on a bun with all the condiments! So, I made the oopsie rolls. It was much easier than I thought it would be, and they turned out fabulous! I ate my burger on a bun and aside from it getting a bit soggy, it was delicious! Everyone commented on how nice they looked, and they even tried one. Later on I had a hot dog on one (I don't usually eat hot dogs, but it was a picnic afterall!). Glad I finally made these and now know that I can indulge in a burger on a bun!

Has anyone ever tried toasting these? I'm a bit unsure about putting it in a toaster. Any suggestions?

I am hoping to make some for our memorial day cookout tomorrow and then again for my twins 8th grade graduation cookout in June. I have a few friends who are diabetic and I hope they turn out good so they will want to continue to eat them and stop eating real bread.

I have my first batch of Oopsies in the oven right now. Hope they come out well. Sprinkled some sesame seed on the top. If they come out well, this will become a habit like making bread has become!

Ok, I made 6 and they smell great but are very flat. I read somewhere that someone cut one in half to make a hamburger roll... these could not be cut in half... too thin. Can anyone comment on the size and shape of the finished roll? I used a cookie sheet but want to get a muffin top pan for these. Any and all comments would be appreciated! Thanks!

Your first batch? I have a supply on hand constantly. Trust me, after you taste them, you will too.
