Default Confused by this nutrition label.

I'm a little confused by the carbohydrate information on Kroger's "Fat Free Ice Pix Creme Pops".

Calories: 20
Total Carbs: 2g
Sugars: 2g
Sugar Alcohol: 2g

Sugar and Sugar Alcohols are both carbs. And 2+2 has generally been 4. Is the "Total Carbs" information on this product inaccurate or am I just understanding it incorrectly?

Koda, unless I am badly mistaken, sugar alcohols are not included in the total carbs. Some diabetics say the sugar alcohol does not affect their blood sugar level. Others say it does. You can experiment and see if it seems to affect yours.
