Default Cinnamon Tea
Break a cinnamon stick into parts and place into a cup of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.. Great to drink with your low carb desserts.

I love to try this Cinnamon tea. Is is okay if I add some honey crystals on it? I wanted to know the taste of cinnamon tea. I've never tried this tea since then. Thanks for sharing. I will buy this at the store and try to have this tonight.
