Default Why everyone thinks that saturated fat is bad

I'm sure this is old news to lots of people but last weekend I watched a video for a presentation that Peter Attia did last year on where the myth about saturated fat being bad came from.

How did we come to believe saturated fat and cholesterol are bad for us? The Eating Academy | Peter Attia, M.D. The Eating Academy | Peter Attia, M.D.

The presentation is about an hour long but its pretty easy to follow. It's pretty amazing to see in study after study where the data showed no correlation between heart disease and fat consumption but the conclusion was written to affirm that fat would kill you. Once it became the prevailing theory it just wasn't questioned again.

Up until I got my diagnosis and I found this place and blood sugar 101 I didn't question it either.
