No dinner for me tonight. I was up late last night and slept till 11:30AM. I ate at 2:00 or 2:30PM and now I am not hungry.

tonight I came home feeling exhausted... but quickly cooked up a chicken curry using: chicken breast, roma tomatoes, small amount of garlic & even smaller amount of ginger, chicken stock, tumeric, cummin, chilli, paprika, & coriander... salt to season. Turned out Ok.

I ate a chef's salad last night. Lettice, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, celery, and some chopped smoked turkey. It was quite good and filling. I loaded it down with ranch dressing. Unheard-of two weeks ago...

I made a flax-focaccia pizza with a tomato/mushroom/artichoke topping! YUM!

Haddock in brandi's breading with tartar sauce, carrots and broccoli. Pudding for dessert...

Dx'd T2 Dec 19, 2010 - Fasting BG: 14.8 (267), A1c: 12.1, Wt: 290lb (over 320lbs at my heaviest)

As of Apr 23, 2013: 14-day Avg Fasting BG: 4.7 (85), A1c (Dec21): 5.1%, Stats: 230lb, 6'3" now with 37" waist

Low-Carb (Usually < 45-60g per day on a 3,000+ calories daily diet)

On Metformin only for meds. Exercise 6 days a week.
Supplement only with: Men's Multi-Vitamin, Vitamin D 2000iu/day, Aspirin 81mg, Cinnamon Extract and Fish Oil all 1x per day
