I have not used netrition but Shanny does ... I have used Carbsmart, though and was satisfied.

I usually just use Amazon marketplace -- there are some good sales there!

I have used Netrition and the company to be good and prices great. I also found a Good Earth Coop Store here that is a tad bit cheaper than Netrition unless buying the larger quantity containers then netrition is cheaper. The Good Earth is just a few blocks from my work place so it is not a special trip to get there. If I had to make a special trip then buying online is cheaper.

I use Netrition a lot because I like their $4.99 flat rate shipping. I have used some other sites but usually you have to spend quite a bit to get their free shipping. I buy my Shiratake noodles from Asian Food Grocer. They also have a flate rate shipping for up to 45 pounds, which is important because those noodles are heavy and shipping can add up. Things like Coconut Oil I shop around to see who has the best deal and shipping costs. Amazon or Swanson's Vitamins is usually the cheapest price. I think Netrition has the best selection of the Walden Farms 0 carb products like the jams, salad dressings, syrups and BBQ sauces.

I keep a couple of lists going for Netrition and/or Amazon . . . last night I made an Amazon order & then deleted all the things that fell outside of their Super Saver Free Shipping. I'll prob'ly make an order to Netrition, for those that "fell out", if I can't find them at Kroger the next time I get over there. I need to get a good stock of coconut oil before the weather warms up too much.

Haven't figured out yet what's for dinner . . . guess I oughta be thinking about that, hadn't I? It's 2pm already!

Oh...!!! Dinner... I opened a bag of frozen Chinese vegetables and a couple of chopped frozen chicken breast. Put a little oil in my wok (SP) fried them up. I added a little corn starch to thicken. Very good.

Remember even a little corn starch has carbs. Gaur gum and Xantham gum can work well in it's place sometimes. Use about 1/8th as much of the gums as you would cornstarch. Virtually no carbs to the gums.

tonight I cooked up veal strips with fresh mixed vegies (the ones I'm allowed). I only added a dash of soy sauce (gluten free version) to the veal and it was nice, but a bit salty. I'm really missing onion & garlic!
