Ok, VeeJay,
I am having no luck at all in the mornings. I eat a piece of cheese at 9am or nuts, and it does no good. Sam

Rather than have this thread go off the rail from listing what people eat for breakfast, you should repost your concerns either in a new thread or in the thread you already have going about your breakfast.

Thanks

I had left-over half a grilled chicken breast (from yesterday's lunch), cut up with chicken fat melted on it. Half an avocado mashed with mayo, lemon juice, banana flavoring and some Stevia. It's like eating banana pudding.

Ran out of eggs yesterday, waiting on the chickens and ducks, or maybe have to go to Walmart. Had the breakfast mix I made about a month ago - it is still good even after sitting on the counter top in a gallon zip lock bag. I probably better try to finish it off this weekend. Work 3 days starting tomorrow.

My daughter fixed me eggs mixed with chicken apple sausage, onions, zucchini, with half and half, low carb bread.

How was your breakfast on your BG? My BG sometimes goes up 30-40 points on 3-4 grams of carbs after breakfast.

This thread makes me hungry!

I had slices of cheese (cheddar, swiss, provolone, gouda) and meat (salami, spam).

Time for some macadamia nuts about now I think!
