My breakfast was half a GG crispbread with smoked oyster dip . . . now I'm about to go back for the other half & make a big cuppa decaf with a hefty portion of cream.

Today I made an omelet of 3 egg, red peppers, leek, cream, salami and cheese.
I love omelet for breakfast, but since I`m a bit lazy, I don`t eat it each day.

Today I had three eggs, fried in bacon grease (yum) with cheese melted on them, And a medium-sized granny smith apple.

Granny Smith's are the only apples I eat - for some reason they don't cause issues with my BG's, whereas I usually notice a rise from other apples.

I'm having my coffee with cream . . . haven't decided on what else yet. I opened my cooking board this morning & was met with a splendid recipe for cinnamon rolls made with butternut squash kneaded into the dough. That wasn't even the worst insult - they're frosted with cream cheese frosting! I could low-carb the frosting, I could prob'ly even low-carb the filling, but I think the yeast dough is a lost cause. I'll have to tell my foodies to be gentle on sunny Saturday mornings!

3 eggs, scrambled with pepper and gr. onion, topped with a little shredded cheese, and on the side 1/2 of a granny smith apple. Pretty boring.
