Is the chocolate just a taste treat for you, or is it an integral part of your diet goal?

It's a snack that doesn't do a job on my blood sugar levels. I think the 100% chocolate may have some health benefits, as well. And I do like chocolate.

I usually prepare brown rice with broccoli, colliflower and carrots with a chicken breast or grilled fish for dinner.
my lunch consist of the dinner left overs. as for breakfast I usually have oats with yoghurt. I try as much as I can to keep to low cab diet.

@ShottleBop, I love the kind bars! I take the dark chocolate/peanut butter ones (17 carbs) with me on trips. Works great as a "oops there's no food for me to eat here" backup plan.

I remember back in the days, I tried quest bars and they had some funny math for their net carbs. I really liked the flavor/texture of them though. How's that working out for you?

Most of their carbs come from fiber. They don't mess up my blood sugars.
