Default A New Idea...

I found this today and thought it would be a great lunch idea for those of us who need an idea for taking to work, or even those of us who eat at home...and a different take on chef salad...

Chef Salad Ham Cups

Shanny, MCS and VeeJay like this.

That would be so good for an Easter Brunch. Over the years I've broken a lot of my custard cups so I should go to Walmart and buy some more. I used to have these Tortilla bowl makers. They were bigger and you put the corn or flour tortillas in them and baked them, so you had salad bowls. I've been to restaurants where they do something similar with shredded cheese so you get this lacey looking edible salad bowl.

I've made those cheese bowls a couple of times and they are great!

I've got to try these right away...
