I finally made myself a chart early last year because I got tired of doing the calculation every morning.

For those that don't know, the formula is divide the US# (mg/dl) by 18.05 to get the rest of the world's # (mmol/L). To go from mmol/L to mg/dl multiply by 18.05.

How about using a blood sugar converter to convert values?

Because I printed this one out and place it next to my computer. Sometimes paper is better than computer, and this is one of them.

Actually Jan77 it does help me. Thanks for the link. I guess I am the kind that just loves these little calculators. I'm always trying to convert all of the US measurements to the rest of the worlds to understand what they mean.

WOW, that is simple. No adds, etc. VeeJay's chart is great and I printed it but my desk is such a clutter I have a hard time finding anything. All of the useful things get buried under all of the junk.
