Default Hello everyone!

Hello everyone. I’m new here. My mom has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She’d really like to control it with natural supplements (as much as possible). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome.

I'm sorry to hear that your Mom was dxd. and that's Very nice
of you to try to help in her search.

I presume when you say supplements that you mean tablets?
Well, there are a ton of "natural supplements" everywhere you
look but there is yet to be a proven one that works for Type 2
Diabetics. If there was, guaranteed most Type 2's would be
using them and we would know about it since we are all connected.

Unfortunately, the only "real natural" way that she can help herself
with the Diabetes is exercise, lose weight if needed(any amount
would help), eating smaller-portion or lower-carb foods. Also drinking
8 glasses a day of water also helps to rid her body of some of the
sugar plus rids her body of toxins and flushes the kidneys. This regimen
works for the majority of Type 2's(and Type 1's) when followed properly. That's why it is highly recommended. And sorry, Yes,
it's the hard way.

Thanks Terrie, She's willing to put forth some effort to keep the prescriptions at a minimum.
