I know that a walk is not enough as could be a jogging session, but it must lower my sugar in blood for sure.
Cheers.

Wow 30 blocks ? That's impressive. There's nothing
wrong with that. Yes, 200 is too high after not eating for
that long or before a meal. This disease is nuts, eh?

There is something you should know if you don't already.
I had a feeling that you were going to say symptoms.

I don't know how long you have had Diabetes but after
having it for a while, our bodies start to deceive us a bit.
Those symptoms sometimes disappear when they should be
warning us. We can feel perfectly normal but our sugars
can be either too high or too low. Gee, I remember feeling
fine, I just happened to test and I was 2.2 mmol.(40 mg.).
Other times I was higher than I expected. That's why I test
often so I can correct it. For the lows, it's called hypo-unawareness.

Anyways, sorry to bother you Javis. I just care.

Well, I know what you mean about symptoms and not being really aware about the sugar levels. But, anyway, I discovered that I can get an idea of what I should be measurig based on what I ate and my current level of activity. Since I know I have diabetes, I followed directions from my doctor, he told me that is good to try to have an accelerated metabolism to assure a better measuring.
That´s why I´m trying to make large walks everyday, at good speed.

By the way, 30 blocks is the average. Some days I walk the double of this.
It´s simple: I don´t own a car and I live 30 blocks from my work. Sometimes I got the time to make the journey twice.
I think I´ll never buy a car...

Take care you too.

Cheers!

Well, I can't help it, I'm still impressed. Ya, unfortunately,
vehicles spoil People and isn't good for the health.

For exercise, I will walk a mile or so or ride my bike. I
also dance and lift 5 pounders or pull 40 pounders on
the exercise machine.

Anyways, here's to your health.
