Hope you don't mind the NFL reference, but it's a very inspirational story about how he manages his Type 1 Diabetes, and being an NFL offensive lineman for many years.

YW, not sure what was really wrong. Did you use the insert link tool or just type in the URL?

I really figured he would be on a pump after getting out of football, but maybe he thinks he is great with 6.3 A1c, be nice to know if his BG has much swing to it.

the insert link tool - it just wasn't working for me. I guess my Steelers bias is showing through. I thought it was a kind of neat story.

It is a neat story and it would be nice to read/hear more. I can't even begin to imagine the struggles he went thru, the days of practice can be much more physically challenging than game day, not to mention all the grueling practices he went thru before the season even starts.
