Potato Salad
-12 ounces peeled potatoes, diced(about 3 cups) -1/2 cup finely chopped green onion -3 tablespoons real bacon bits -3 tablespoons low-fat Ranch salad dressing -1/8 teaspoon salt -Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add potatoes and return to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 4 minutes or until tender. -Drain potatoes and run under cold water until potatoes are cool and drain again. Put potatoes in medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss to blend well. Chill 30 minutes.
