This little thing is so wonderful. Non stick also. I am going to try to find a chocolate donut recipe next. Maybe I can just replace the vanilla protine powder with chocolate protein powder and maybe use cream cheese instead of the pumpkin? I'm going to play around with it

You mean something like these?

I don't know how they'd turn out in a doughnut maker but I'm sure you'll tell us soon enough lol.

That I think I will try. I have all the ingredients. I WILL replace the syrup with Splenda

Well I changed the recipe and they are okay but not as good as the pumpkin donuts. I am going to play with it again in a few days

Did you notice that the Gluten Free Chocolate Donut Recipe by DHFEIKEMA has 16 grams of carbs per serving? That is a lot of carbs for one donut. The other recipe that Canadiandude listed has half the carbs per serving.

A quarter cup of maple syrup might be gluten free, but it sure ain't low-carb! And that's a ton of almond flour too, at least for us diabetics.
