I didn't think sesame seeds (tahini) were "paleo".

Probably not, as they are PUFA. I do not bother with Paleo "rules" games, however. I am a mercenary LC-er!

And maybe this is not "perfectly" LC, either, but it sure is delicious and a nice change of pace!

LOVE this!! I like hummus for a snack but haven't tried it since I was diagnosed in March. Now I have a recipe. So many good ideas for additions and substitutions on the original recipe website!
