Default Taco Salad

Am making taco salad shells today with my Olé low-carb tortillas. So far it's looking like salads made with

garden lettuce
tomatoes
avocado slices
meat/black bean filling
diced green onions
and mebbe a few ripe olives

Will garnish with grated sharp cheddar & a dollop of sour cream, I reckon!

Anyone have other favorite things to add, do pipe up here! This is a work in progress!

I like to add Cilantro to taco salad. Adds that extra "oomph."

You've made great progress in a year's time! Do you use any particular diet or exercise?
