Posts: 732 Type Undiagnosed Diagnosed in 2011 319 likes received 257 likes given	Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe This is intended for use in recipes that call for canned condensed cream of chicken soup. To make it low carb, substitute half heavy cream and half water (or other substitute) for the milk, and you can use cream cheese (or other substitute) to thicken it up, instead of flour. Recipe Here.
