Smile Tomato soup

This is the easiest fail proof soup ever. You don't need many ingredients to make this yummie soup.

This is what you need:

1 big can of peeled tomatoes, juices included
3-4 onions, chopped
3 cups of chicken stock

Heat the chicken stock. Mix in the tomatoes and the juice and the onions. Bring to the boil and let the soup simmer for half an hour. Season with pepper and salt.
Use the blender if you like velvetty like soups.

TIP: you can make this soup more festive if you add some cheese that will melt well
TIP: you can add little meatballs if you want your children to be thrilled about soup
TIP: you can treat yourself with a bowl of soup and a dallop of sour cream or greek yogurt
TIP: you can add some chopped celery or leeks in the beginning to make sure you have your daily portion of veggies

Enjoy your soup

I do not count carbs for veggies. Only for pumpkin, peas, beets and corn. Would you count carbs for this soup Terrie
