Hi there, I am type 2 and controlling my diabetes by natural dried fruit.
Three months before the sugar test was before breakfast blood sugar level was 8.8 and after 2hours of breakfast it was 18.5. Weight 220 lb and blood pressure was 120/93.

Doctor prescribes me valdagliptin with breakfast and metrofin with dinner. I continued that one month and walking one and half hour daily. My diabetes was under control and within range and after breakfast it tested within 5.

Last one month I was planning to quit medication and start taking the juice of a dried natural fruit and same walking. Surprisingly my diabetes is under control and it is within 5.5 after breakfast.

What I do now is just talk one glass of juice before breakfast and one glass before dinner, that’s it and it is totally under control.

ok...stupid question...how do you get juice out of a piece of dried fruit?

Lol...like squeezing blood out of a turnip! Fruit, dried, fried, sliced, juiced or any other fashion wreak havoc on my BGL!

Cheers,

Jeremy

This "juice" thing is a pretty amazing development - I saw a post earlier that recommended it to a feller for his wife's diabetes. Said the guy could even take the course FOR her. That's pretty trippy!

(where's that sarcasm font when I need it most?!)

This might be a genuine post and post with honesty, so please i dont mean to offend but I get quite angry sometimes reading miracle cures and false hope pills praying on people who are looking for help in maintaining this illness. Yep and sick of hearing its yours for £9.99 or 3 month supply for £25 diabetes is a serious life threatening illness, i just wish there wasn't conmen praying on our hopes and dreams.

One day someone might find a miracle cure by accident, and by constant bombardment of false claims, i'm worried we actual might miss a genuine claim. I honestly thought wither its dried fruit or normal fresh fruit all have natural sugars?
Sorry if i offend anyone, but its a serious illness and so many stories of cures in a bottle or reversal from a book.

well the main thing is you have noticed a dramatic improvement to your BGLs. :D Skeptism doesn't come into play when you have something that is working for you. I have indians married into my family and they have shared some amazing stories about natural remedies and healing properties. I'm not sure what dried fruit you're using? But perhaps it's something not found in western countries? Good on you for sharing what is working for you. We are all different in the management of our diabetes as of course we are all different in our genetic makeup.
