Web Site Dedicated to Diabetics

I have several diabetics in my family and they have all said they can never find their "diabetic needs" in the food market or even the organic health stores like Whole Foods. So, I have decided to build an e-commerce site that will offer everything for the diabetic (except perishables and medicine) in one location.

Now I am NOT promoting the web site (which does not yet exist), but would really like to get as much feedback as possible from this special group such as "what" you would like to find on a web site for diabetics. Such as items you cannot find at the supermarket or what special items you would like to have access to or hear about. This could be not only food products but nutritional, testing, exercise, treatments, supplements, latest breakthroughs, special events across the country and anything to do with improving the quality of life for diabetics.
