Keep in mind none of us are doctors here and this is just my opinion. But having high insulin and normal BG levels is indicative of insulin resistance. Doesn't mean you have Diabetes it means you have insulin resistance which can lead to diabetes if left unchecked. It can also lead to just being obese if your pancreas can keeping pumping out insulin to meet your demand for insulin. You may have noticed some rapid weight gain in the recent past. This is due to your insulin resistance, muscles are not using the glucose/insulin mix well so your body is making fat instead. This also usually drives up your hunger as well because your body is actually in a calorie deficient even though your eating enough calories. I would look into ways of reducing insulin resistance, exercise seems to be the best way.
I agree with MCS, but reducing carbs wouldn't hurt either. I wouldn't recommend ultra low carb and high fat, but certainly increase exercise and reduce carbs.

One more question, Is stopping the Glycomet (Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg) after taking it for 5 month may result in some adverse effect on body?
Didn't say in your original post that you were on MET. Dropping it right now probably isn't the best idea, in fact if I was you I would increase it to the max dose of 2000mg a day for a while. MET helps with insulin resistance. Also reducing your over all glucose load on your body will lower your insulin levels, you can do this by lowering your carb intake. Its thought that high insulin levels are very inflammatory on your arteries and body in general.
I understand, now I have to continue it along with exercise but my curiosity is whether this all abnormality happen due to taking the glycomet & then stopping it.
Actually one year ago, all my test result are normal i.e. BSL, Insulin, cholesterol. I was 110 Kg (6'2''). I start weight loss program (non medical). Around 95 Kg, At one movement, I had to consult endo. At that time He started the glycomet 500mg after seeing the result:
Insulin - F = 15.60 (reference 5 to 25 mU/L)
& Insulin Post prandial = 17.50.
saying it would help me. I take it for 5 month & then stop it. In winter I had stop my morning walk.
Now my insulin & cholesterol are high even I have not eaten fast foods for the last one year. Anything that was done wrong by me?
Nothing you have done wrong. You are in a rare situation in that you have information at hand for some one that has the beginnings of Insulin Resistance. Most people would have had this 5-10yrs prior to having been diagnosed with diabetes. Consider yourself very fortunate that you have this information now and not 5 yrs from now when your feet are numb, eyes are blurry and you feel so bad you just can't imagine whats wrong with yourself.
If you take this serious now and lower you carb intake, which will lower your demand for insulin your weight will drop, your mood will improve and you will feel better over all. High insulin levels will lead to clogged arteries, I have first hand knowledge of this.
When at the grocery store buy, veggies except for potatoes, protein all the fatty cuts, and dairy, full fat dairy. You will feel better and your cholesterol will improve. Avoid breads, rice, potatoes, beans, pasta, and grains in general, so this means oatmeal as well
