5 meals a day. Each meal 200 calories. Each meal 180 calories (20g) of fat.

Does this help?

I drank a yogurt soda this afternoon. (It's an Indian and Middle Eastern thing, salty yogurt, soda water, and in this case, mint. NO sugar! Acquired taste, perhaps but we LOVE them!). Stupidly did not bolus ... by the time I measured my BG, it was 198 ... ugh.

Corrected, now must WAIT for dinner. DANG!

Are these suppose to be for snacks, meals or with meals or whatever you want them to be? I had the peanut butter with cream cheese one and oh my gosh it was soooo yumm! Of course not even an hour later I am still feeling hungry but maybe that is ok, I don't know. It seems to eat all them calories and fats and then need a meal right after..

Alf? These ARE the meals. Each meal is 200 calories, and 180 of those calories are from fat. That's why it's called a 'fat fast'. There are five 200-calories meals and you don't eat anything else. This is it - five 200 calorie meals each containing 180 calories of fat. They are not snacks, they are spaced about every three hours, and they are not in addition to a bigger meal.

foxl and Mary, like this.
