Default Tired

Do any of you go through those periods where you are extremely tired? I gave blood yesterday but I am just barely sitting at my desk today. I am so tired. I did not even go to the gym yesterday because I gave blood. How do you handle this? All I want to do is lay down. Glucose is 117 right now. Blood pressure was 114/65. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I was wondering. They always have a very hard time taking my blood when I try to donate. It is so thick that they usually have to stop but this time they kept going until they had enough that they could keep it. I was glad they could keep what I donated. I had already took an aspirin to help with the blood flow.

An observation I have noticed with my wife is she tends to be an anxious person. Her body feeds off this anxiety giving her more energy. When she finally gets to a point when she can relax its all she can do to just lay on the couch.

Silly question, how much sleep are you getting? The average American doesn't get nearly enough.
