Fortunately after some BPC and about 90 minutes after I took my FBG of 125, it settled down to 101. 100 tonight before dinner.

137 this morning after a really stressful day yesterday. Our air conditioner went out Friday night in the middle of the night and I had a really stressful visit with my mom at the nursing home. The air conditioner is fixed, but my mom still has me stressed.

145 (8.1) this morning. Two week anniversary of my knee replacement surgery. So far so good, no real hiccups to speak of. Blood sugar has been fairly high as my knee has been healing, this morning is closer to "normal" so hopefully it is just a matter of time. The PT on the knee has been pretty modest thus far, mostly just sliding my heel back and forth on the floor and on the bed, and quad tightening exercises. The quad muscles have been pretty slow to bounce back, they are still recovering from the insult of the surgery I suspect. Anyway. Glad also to not be quite so loopy due to the medicine/painkillers.

Youngest daughter graduates from high school Thursday night, and she's holding a voice recital before her graduation party on Friday. So it's gonna end up being a busy week.
