Hello, and welcome to the board. Ask any questions that you have about type 2 diabetes, and I'm sure that someone here will have an answer. Just don't let this board take the place of your doctor. He/she has answers for you too.

You know, sometimes I do "fall" and I just get up and keep on going. It's going to happen and I don't beat myself up over it. Sometimes temptations and special occasions are just to much to handle diabetes wise. If I do eat something I shouldn't, I try to keep it to the minimum and just enjoy a taste or two. I don't dwell on it or fret too much. I just get back up and start eating right again.

Default I'm new here, and I'd like to help.

Hello everyone, I am new here. I don't have diabetes, but many of my close friends do. As a friend, I helped do some research for them and it came to my attention that there is a natural antioxidant out there that is very effective with improving the quality of life for diabetic patients. I have helped them tremendously and now I would like to help others too.

I am not sure if my message is welcomed here or not, all I can say is that I would like to help. Please contact me if you would like more information. Everything is available online which I can direct you to them.

Have a good day.
