Hi everyone

My name is April & I live in Cornwall - in the UK. I've had diabetes for 47 yrs & hope to go on the pump this Nov. I hope I can be of some use to someone on here & I hope you guys can help me if I have a problem.
Looking forward to reading your stuff.
