Willkommen! Bienvenue! Welcome!
I'm Cabaret, Au Cabaret, To Cabaret!

ok.... too much (if you didnt know its from the show cabaret)

So you mentioned "mostly manage my diet"

that means so much to so many people... from ketogenic lifestyle (what I am doing) to what the ADA recommends to anything in between... so , if you have the time and feel like you want to share , please let us know what you eat so we can see what your definition is. no definition is wrong but maybe there are opportunities to assist.

Thanks and again... welcome!

Welcome Rick

This is a good place to hang out with other diabetics who have also taken control of their blood sugar.

I, too use a low-carb way of eating (actually low-carb/high-fat) to keep my blood sugar low and stable, as do many others here.

Do visit often, join in the conversations, and ask any questions you have. There's bound to be someone who can share their experience.
