Default Sugar. . . Sugar. . .

I am new to the Sugar game. I am the last person of my immediate family to have diabetes. Not formally diagnosed yet. I have had two A1C test, one about 4 months ago, 6.2 and then yesterday at 6.4. I have been testing in the mornings for a while now, my average fasting result is 180 right now. My early morning test result is usually my highest. As the Day progresses and I am active during the day, result yesterday afternoon was 127.

I am 53, 6'1" 260 lbs Caucasian --SOUTHERNER

YES..... I need to lose weight!!

Please take your coat off and have a seat on the couch... the pool in the back is being repaired so you will just have the sauna or the hot tub!!!

Anyway.... Welcome to the forum. There are many people just like you here that can guide you to possibly altering your diet to lose weight and get your numbers down...

What if I told you that you can eat bacon and hamburger mean and ribs and cheese and eggs and lower your A1C number and lose weight fast and maybe not need any medication

Take the red pill or the blue pill

The idea is to remove as much carbs from your diet as possible. Please read the links in my signature and watch this video


then come back and ask as many questions as you need to. we are here you help you understand how to manage diabetes
