Your experiences with diabetes

It has kept my cap on so I don' t eat all the wrong things, and let me manage my lifestle more so I don' t jjust grab hold of things. I find with the quicker insulin injection timesyou don' t have to wait to eat. Like you had to leave a half hour gap between insulin and injeections a few years ago.
