- I have 3 grown Sons, and 1 Grandson. I Love the Lake, Boating Jetskiing,Fishing, arrowhead hunting. I am a BIG History Buff from the Tzars of Russia to Mary Queen of Scots.(too many to mention).

- I was Dx. In April of 07' I was a UnDx. Diabetic for several years. I became very ill~couldnot see even the features on faces..only flesh. I went to the ER, Had an A1C of 19.4 and BGS over 1000. spent a week in ICU, and another week in the hospital. I had my 3 month A1C drawn in July it was 7.1... I keep very tight control of my Dx. I was told when Dx that I could have anything I wanted to eat~it was all about portion sizes. Wasen't able to do that until recently. I am on Levemir~Novolog~Byetta~Metformin. I deny myself nothing, savor small amounts of things I love to eat. And am keeping my numbers between 90-120
