As the note above the photo says, that photo is of me and my Son. I don't know what caused the confusion. I'm almost twice his age, for heaven's sake. I also didn't know that my Daughter was going to take the picture the second that I poked my Son in the stomach. ![]() Quote:
Sorry to hear that. You're only 2 hours away. I hope that it clears up for you. On second thoughts,...then that would send the rain our way. Blah! Enjoy what you can Richard. ![]()

Oh i love a man in a suit Terri.
Thanks for the compliment Richard! Appreciate that very much. Weather here in Vancouver is so perfect. Cool and sunny and breezy with big white clouds. If only it could stay this way forever. There was a blue jay in the hazelnut tree outside our window yesterday and today. Such beautiful birds with irridescent blue feathers. Well here is a recent pic of me, sorry its blurry we couldn't hold the camera still! ![]() |

Wow! I got a deja vu when I first looked at your picture Sweety. Perhaps I've seen someone here or on the net who looks like you.
"...we couldn't hold the camera still". Must be a story there. That's okay. The blurriness just makes it look like a painted self-protrait. I like your interesting expression and your beautiful hair. Wonderful picture! Thanks....Good to see you.Good to hear that you are having Nice weather. It rained a bit here yesterday, so of course, I figured Richard had sent it over. But it's Nice today (26c/79f --not counting humidity, of course) and supposedly all this week.Ugh! You probably heard that they got a couple inches of snow in some parts of Alberta. ![]() Did you take a picture? Blue jays, cardinals, chickadees and robins are my favourite birds. We took pictures of a blue heron(looks more gray than blue ) at the farther side of the cottage that we were at. I'll put one on later.

Hmmm....are you calling me skinny Peter??
You're forgiven...don't be jealous. I don't like being this small. I was my normal size, 126 lbs. in April, I think it was. I finally found out that a drug that I was on for RA back then caused me to lose my appetite and 16 lbs. The drug stays in the system for quite a while after quitting it. I discovered when I was 14 yrs. old, 20 something and 30 something that I could be overweight if I allowed it. I gained about 14-16 lbs. too much each time and my blood pressure also rose. I didn't like it so I stopped the unhealthy eating and started eating smaller portions of healthier foods each time and getting back into exercising. Less salt and more water. Half of my Dad's Family were over-weight after turning 30, so being over-weight is in my genes. Yes, cutting portion-size or low-carbing and exercise both work for losing weight and keeping sugar levels lower(along with meds. if needed, of course)and more balanced, with most People. My Son and I Thank you! ![]()
